Important Announcement

Ashland’s 400 trees, some dating back to Henry Clay’s time, are an important part of the history of the Ashland Estate and of Lexington. Last year’s first-time-ever Adopt-a-Tree program helped care for over 80 of these trees. This year, you can Adopt-a-Tree for $100, $200, or $500 which provides needed pruning and care.

Community Care Day

Join us Saturday, April 26 from 1:00 – 4:00 and help make a difference! Many of you joined us last August for this day and helped make a huge improvement to our grounds by removing weeds from around trees and clearing debris. Make sure to wear long sleeves and gloves and bring clippers and rakes.

Gingko Tree Cafe

Our lovely outdoor seasonal cafe run by Selma’s Catering will reopen in late April. For wonderful lunchtime ambiance and delicious sandwiches, salads and desserts, a noontime stop at the Gingko Tree is a must! The Gingko Tree Cafe is open Tuesday – Saturday 11:00 – 2:00, weather permitting.
